At Mattress Removers, we strive to provide convenience to our customers. Please note that our pickups occur between 5 AM and 5 PM. While you can select a preferred time of day, it's important to have your mattress placed outside by 5 AM. Disregard if this is a full-service appointment. Our dedicated drivers will send a 30-minute heads-up text message before their arrival. For real-time updates on your pickup, make sure to book using your cellphone number. We value your time and aim to make the entire process as seamless as possible.

**We currently do not offer same-day pickups. Any appointments made on the current day will automatically roll over to the next available day.
