Stairs Are Standard
Multi-story home? No problem – stairs add $20 to your total, shown upfront in your booking. No surprise charges when the crew arrives.
Every booking includes a $50 item minimum and a $4.50 service fee. Disassembly, if needed, adds $20 – also shown in your total before you confirm.
What We Remove
The one thing we cannot take: any mattress or item with a known or suspected bed bug infestation, without exception.

If your mattress is already accessible and you just need it gone from the curb or driveway, Curbside Pickup starts at $50 and does not require anyone to be home.

How much does Full-Service Mattress Removal cost?
Full-Service starts at $90, with a $50 item minimum and $4.50 service fee on every booking. Stairs or disassembly add $20 each if either applies – all shown before you confirm.
Do I need to be home for Full-Service pickup?
Yes – someone needs to be home to let our crew in and show them what is going. You will get a text 30 minutes before we arrive.
What if my mattress is upstairs or in a basement?
That is exactly what Full-Service is for – our crew carries it out from anywhere in your home, no matter the floor or layout. Stairs add $20 to your total.
What pickup windows are available?
Choose between 8AM to 12PM or 12PM to 4PM at booking. We will text you 30 minutes before the crew arrives.
Does Full-Service require disassembly of my bed frame?
Not usually – but if your frame needs to come apart to get out the door, select disassembly at booking for an extra $20, and we will handle it.
