Do you remove mattresses with bed bugs?

No — we’re unable to remove any mattress, box spring, or furniture item with a known or suspected bed bug infestation, without exception. This is a firm policy for the safety of our crew and future customers. What is Full-Service Mattress Removal?

With Full-Service, you don’t lift a finger. Our crew comes inside and carries your mattress out — upstairs, downstairs, tight hallways, wherever it is — and hauls it away.

What is Curbside Mattress Pickup?

Curbside is our most affordable option. Set your mattress out at the curb or driveway ahead of your pickup window, and we’ll grab it from there — no one needs to be home. Live in an apartment or condo? Curbside items need to go in your carport instead — just note your carport or parking space number in the Additional Details field when booking so our crew can find it quickly.

Pricing & Cancellations

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the items you select and whether you choose curbside or full-service pickup — no complicated volume calculators. Curbside starts at $50, full-service starts at $90, with a $50 item minimum on every booking. A flat $4.50 service fee applies to every order, shown clearly in your total before you book — never a surprise.

Can I get an estimate before committing?

Yes — our online booking shows your exact price in real time as you build your order, so there’s never a surprise. Just select your items in the booking form and watch the total update as you go.

What if I’m not sure what size mattress I have?

No problem — our booking form breaks mattresses into Standard (Twin/Full/Queen), King, and California King. If you’re between sizes or unsure, choose your best guess or send us a quick message through the inquiry form and we’ll help you confirm before you book.

What if I have multiple mattresses or a full bedroom set?

We’ve got you. Book your primary mattress online and note any additional items — extra mattresses, a dresser, nightstands — in the booking form, or contact us directly for a custom quote on larger jobs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use secure online payment only — enter your card at checkout and you’re charged upfront when you book, so there’s nothing to settle in person. We don’t accept cash, check, or any in-person payment.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees — what you see in your total before you book is exactly what you pay, including the flat $4.50 service fee. The only add-ons are stairs (+$20) or disassembly (+$20) if either applies, both shown in your total before you confirm. One exception worth knowing: cancelling the same day as your pickup carries a $20 fee, and curbside bookings where items weren’t placed out for pickup carry a $45 trip charge — both non-refundable.

How far in advance should I book?

Our schedule fills up quickly, especially on weekends. We recommend booking as soon as you know your date — but we often have next-day availability, so don’t hesitate to book on short notice.

Do you offer same-day service?

When availability allows, yes — book online and you’ll see same-day or next-day slots if they’re open.

What time windows are available for pickup?

Curbside pickups run on a flexible 5AM–5PM window since there’s no need for anyone to be home. Full-service pickups get a choice of 8AM–12PM or 12PM–4PM, with a 30-minute heads-up text before we arrive.

Do I need to be home during the pickup?

For curbside, no — just set your mattress out before your window and we’ll take it from there. For full-service, someone needs to be home to let our crew in and show them what’s going.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Life happens — use the inquiry form to let us know as early as possible and we’ll get you rescheduled. Please note: cancellations made the same day as your scheduled pickup carry a $20 fee, and curbside bookings where items weren’t placed out for pickup carry a $45 trip charge — both non-refundable. The more notice you give us, the easier it is to avoid either.

On The Day of Pickup

How will I know when the crew is on the way?

For full-service pickups, you’ll get a text about 30 minutes before we arrive. For curbside, just have your mattress out and ready during your selected window.

What if my mattress is inside the home?

That’s exactly what Full-Service is for — our crew will come in and carry it out, no matter where it is (upstairs, a basement, tight hallways).

Will there be any damage to my property?

Our crew takes care navigating tight spaces, doorways, and stairs, and works to protect your floors and walls throughout the pickup.

Are you insured?

Yes. Pickups are fulfilled by Strong Junk Removal, our locally owned pickup partner, who is fully insured — so your property and the crew are covered throughout the job.

After The Job

What happens to my mattress after pickup?

We prioritize donation and recycling whenever we can, routing mattresses in good condition to local donation partners first. For everything else, we work with Arizona recycling facilities — though it’s worth being upfront that recycling capacity in Arizona is limited. Facilities often operate first-come, first-served and can only take so much at a time, so despite our best efforts, a share of mattresses still ends up in the landfill. We’re actively working with local charities and donation programs to keep that share as small as possible.

Is Mattress Removers eco-friendly?

We take it seriously, but we also want to be honest about it: Arizona’s mattress recycling infrastructure isn’t unlimited, and not every mattress can be diverted from the landfill. What we can promise is real effort — prioritizing donation and recycling first, every time, and continuing to build relationships with local charities and disposal partners to reduce landfill impact wherever possible. It’s better for the community, even if it isn’t a perfect system yet.

Why is box spring pricing different alone vs. with a mattress?

A standalone box spring pickup is $50. If you are already booking a mattress in the same order, the box spring drops to $20, since our crew is already making the trip.

Can I book just a bed frame with no mattress?

Yes – headboards, footboards, rails, and frames can all be booked on their own. Just note the $50 item minimum applies to your total order.

Will you disassemble my metal bed frame?

If it needs to come apart to get out the door, select disassembly at booking for an extra $20 and we will handle it.

What counts as a pillow top for pricing?

A separate mattress topper or pillow-top layer, priced at $10, distinct from the mattress itself if you are removing them separately.

Can I select multiple frame items in one booking?
